RATIONALE
Problem Solving and Decision Making is a fixture in life. Problems pop up everyday and any leader who
aspires excellence should have a vested interest in seeing that the best and timely decisions are taken,
that problems are solved in the optimum way and that creative ideas and innovations vital for the
organizations competitive advantage flow freely.
To achieve organizational effectiveness all key players must be engaged in meeting these essential
requirements. And one big step towards that end is for you to become master of the processes that lie
behind all effective problem solving and decision making and critical and creative thinking.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
At the end of 2-Day Program, Participants should be able to:
