304.19 Glass panes in windows and doors. All glass panes intended for an exterior window or door must be in
place and free ofall cracks, paint, or any removable covering, Plexiglas or any other type of plastic material may not
bbe substituted for a glass pane in any exterior window or door,
14-3-3 Nuisance, It shall be unlawful for any person owning, leasing, occupying or having charge of any premises in
this city to maintain, or permit to exist, such premises in such manner as to constitute a nuisance by allowing any one
‘or more of the following conditions to exist thereon. The following shall be defined as nuisances:
(1) Any public nuisance known at common law or in equity jurisprudence,

Dear Property Owners(s):
At 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, in the Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 222 W Main,
Pensacola, Florida, the City of Pensacola Code Enforcement Authority will conduct a public, quasi,
judicial hearing with regard to the attached Notice of City Code Violations concerning the above.

other representative. Your failure to appear at this hearing will result in the Special Magistrate
deciding this case in your absence.
You will have an opportunity to briefly present your side of the case and, if you wish, the testimony of
