VODAFONE INDIA LIMITED, VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICES LIMITED, VODAFONE WEST LIMITED,
VODAFONE EAST LIMITED, VODAFONE SOUTH LIMITED, VODAFONE DIGILINK LIMITED,
VODAFONE CELLULAR LIMITED & VODAFONE SPACETEL LIMITED (hereinafter each referred to
as Vodafone India) brings the Double Data Offer (hereinafter referred to as Offer/s) for its
valid1 Prepaid Cellular Mobile Subscribers (Subscriber/s) subject to the following Terms and
Conditions mentioned below (hereinafter Terms).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE AVAILING THE OFFER. BY PROCEEDING WITH
AVAILING THE BENEFITS IN THE OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT AVAIL THE OFFER. By utilizing the benefits
in the Offer, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and

Double Data Offer is a limited period Offer available for Subscribers of Vodafone India
across all the circles upon recharging for data of a denomination made available on the
customized 121 Made for You platform (hereinafter 121 platform) during the Offer
Period. This Offer is solely available for data products featuring on the customized 121
platform.
The Offer is open from 00:00 hrs of 4/08/2015 to 23:59 hrs of 30/09/2015(Offer
Period). Vodafone India may extend or shorten the Offer Period as they may deem fit
and proper.
Under this Offer, the Subscriber shall be eligible for receiving double data quota of
his/her original Data pack availed from 121 platform subject to doing the data recharge
on which Double Data is offered on 121 platform during the Offer Period.
To avail this Offer, Subscriber can dial toll free IVR 121 or USSD string *121# or visit the
website to know more about the Offers available under 121 platform.
This Offer is available for recharges done through either electronic mode at retailer,
using paper voucher, or using the online mode or debit mode (direct debit or USSD).
If the Subscriber tries to avail the Offer of double data through 121 mode, beyond the
Offer Period, the benefits shall not be applicable.
A Subscriber can avail the Offer multiple times within the Offer Period at every instance
of purchase made through the 121 platform subject to the Offer being available on the
121 platform.

Valid Subscriber means having valid Subscription of Vodafone Prepaid cellular mobile telephony services as per Law.

Vodafone India shall not be responsible for any USSD/SMS message delivery failures, for
any lost, late or misdirected network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to
receive messages owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and/or
other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
The benefits under this Offer are neither assignable nor transferable under any
circumstances. No substitution shall be given nor shall any exchange or redemption for
an equivalent cash amount or in any other form be allowed under any circumstance. No
carry forward of benefit is permissible.
Double Data Offer for data pack available on 121 platform, is an exclusive offer and the
same cannot be clubbed or availed along with any other offer / scheme / program /
tariffs that may be introduced by Vodafone India from time to time.
Vodafone India reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw,
change, alter or modify this Offer including the tariffs and its composition at its sole
discretion at anytime as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes
by regulatory authority and/or statutory authority and all such changes shall be binding
on the Subscriber.
This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance
beyond the reasonable control of Vodafone India.
Subscriber shall at all times be bound by the terms and conditions of the Customer
Application Form as amended from time to time.
Subscriber agrees not to hold Vodafone India, its officers, directors, employees and
agents or representatives liable for any direct/ consequential losses arising directly or
indirectly due to either subscription of the Offer or arising otherwise.
Vodafone India does not assume any liability and will not entertain any claim regarding
the kind of benefit or the quantum of benefit given to the Subscriber. Vodafone India
shall not be responsible for any claim by Subscriber on the grounds of not being satisfied
with the benefits given.
The Subscriber shall indemnify Vodafone India, its officers, directors, employees and
agents or representatives against all actual claims, liabilities, expenses, costs, loss or
damage of whatsoever nature, arising out of or in connection with the breach of these
terms.
Decision of Vodafone India regarding all transactions hereunder shall be final and
binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. The benefits vary
from Subscriber to Subscriber based upon the amount/ quantum of recharge done by
the Subscriber. The benefits given are at the sole discretion of Vodafone India.
Double Data Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory
Authority of India, Department of Telecommunications or any other statutory authority
from time to time.

By availing the Offer, the Subscriber confirms and waives the applicability of rules and
regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agrees to receive promotional
messages and updates/alerts of the current Offer and updates about current and
upcoming offers and contests from Vodafone India, as it may in its sole and absolute
discretion decide.
The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of
the Customer Application Form.
Subscribers may contact the customer care at 199 regarding any queries, complaints,
disputes pertaining to the Offer.
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Laws. In the event of any disputes
the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts mentioned in the
respective Customer Application Form.
