Annual Reports
SAT results are now with us and end
of year reports will be sent out on
tomorrow. Please read the notes that
accompany the report as there have
been significant changes to the way we
assess children this year.

concert at the Guild Hall last

proud!
Music Mark
Lost Property
I am pleased to inform you that we
have achieved the nationally respected
Music Mark for our outstanding
contribution to music in our school and
beyond. You may see the logo on our
documents from now on.
Lost property will be put out on
the playgrounds after school if
weather permits next week. Any
items not collected by Thursday
16th July will be donated to
charity for distribution in Africa.

Congratulations
Year 6 Leavers Assembly
to all the pupils who have represented Harris
sports teams this year from Year 2 all the way
through to Year 6. Each event the school
enters accumulates points and we're delighted
to say of the 62 primary schools in the Preston
district we finished 3rd!
We must also say thank you to all the staff,
volunteers and parents who have supported us
this year. Thank you for your
dedication, enthusiasm and commitment.

Preston Athletics Competition
Well done to Year 5 pupils who represented the
school last week at the Preston & District
Athletics Competition in the absence of Y6.
Congratulations to Ellis for making the sprint
final and to Daniella who won gold in the long
jump.
End of Term
Discovery Vine Holiday Club
A leaflet was sent home yesterday.
Other Holiday Clubs
We have some leaflets about various holiday
clubs in the school office.
School closes for the summer holidays on
Friday 17th July at 2.00pm. This will be a nonuniform day. Contributions of 1 are required
if your child is not wearing school uniform
please. Money raised will go to school funds. We
re-open on Wednesday 2nd September at
8.45am. Have a great summer holiday everyone!
