Nepal was destroyed by
overwhelming earthquake at 11:56
AM on April 25th 2015. Nepal has
become ruined country. This
earthquakes magnitude was 7.8 to
8.1. The center of earthquake was
occurred around Pokhara and
capital Kathmandu.
Approximately, 7300 people were
killed and 14000 people were
injured. Many children have been
orphaned as a result of massive
earthquake since April 25th.
In addition, many buildings had
been demolished before rescue
team came here. Especially,
Darahara tower, which was
landmark of Nepal, was collapsed.
Nepal is being helped by many
countries and service groups,
particularly, US Marine. Many
items, including shelters, food,
drugs and fresh water have been
sent for 4 days.
Western nations have been
complaining that aid has been slow
to reach victims of the quake
because of government
bureaucracy. However, the supplies
came here.

collision of between the Indian
plate and the Eurasian plate. These
plates were composed of same
material. The Indian plate could
not go down to the Eurasian plate,
so it was occurred bigger than
usual. After the earthquake, twenty
times aftershocks were occurred.
It was not first big earthquake in
Nepal. The biggest earthquakes
happened in 1834 and 1934.
Although many rescue teams were
transported, but it still delayed.
Therefore, people should more pay
attention to this happened and try
to help them.
