DEED OF DONATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Donation, made and entered into by and between:

and postal address at ________________, hereinafter referred to as the
DONOR:
-in favor of_________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal
address at _______________________, hereinafter referred to as DONEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land situated in ______________ covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _____________, more particularly described as follows:

That for and in considering of the love and affection which the DONEE inspires in the DONOR,
and as an act of liberty and generosity, the DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely GIVES, TRANSFERS,
CONVEYS, by way of donation unto said DONEE, his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, all
of the rights, titles and interests which said DONOR has unto the above-described property, free from all
liens, encumbrances and charges whatsoever.
That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to this donation,
that he has reserved to him sufficient property, in full ownership or in usufruct, which is necessary and
adequate for his support in the consonance of his standing in the society.
That the DONOR further states that this donation is not made with the object of defrauding his
creditors, having reserved to him property sufficient to answer for his debts contracted prior to this date.
ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEE hereby RECEIVES and ACCEPTS this gift and donation made in his favor and
he hereby expresses his appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
