2. Today - hmmm! - chocolate mousse, a dessert for lovers. First, take some
chocolate.
3. HECTOR: Chocolate.
4. CHARLOTTE [TV VOICE]: And melt it over hot water.
5. HECTOR: Melt? Oh! Over hot water.
6. CHARLOTTE [TV VOICE]: Now, my darlings, you must separate the eggs into two
7. bowls.
8. HECTOR: Separate the eggs?
9. CHARLOTTE [TV VOICE]: Separate the yolk from the white.
10. HECTOR: Oh, the, the...
11. ANNIE: Hector?
12. HECTOR: Ah, hello, Annie.
13. CHARLOTTE [TV VOICE]: Mix the yolk and the chocolate. Add the butter. And now
14. for the fun - whisking! I love whisking, don't you?
15. HECTOR: Oh, whisking?
16. ANNIE: Ah! You need Annie's magic whisk.
17. HECTOR: Yes, please.
18. CHARLOTTE: Nearly finished, my darlings. Finally, add the whites to the chocolate
19. and put it in the fridge. And in 30 minutes, this delicious chocolate mousse will be
20. ready for your lover to taste - hmm!
21. HECTOR: And put it in the fridge - mwahh!
22. BRIDGET: Why Hector, who's the lucky lady? I think I know! Hmm!
23. Chocolate mousse, my favourite dessert.
24. ANNIE: Nick!! What time is it?!
25. HECTOR: Six o'clock.
26. ANNIE: Quick! Change channels!
27. VOICE ON TELEVISION: It's 6 o'clock and time for the weather with Rock Thrust!
28. With Rock Thrust.
29. NICK [Rock Thrust]: Oh, me. Oh, Im ready.
30. ANNIE: The weather? Rock Thrust?
31. HECTOR: Nick!
32. NICK: Hi! I'm Rock Thrust. And here is the weather - big smile. And here is the
33. weather. In the south, it will be hot. (Sun, sun.)
34. Oh, sorry. Hot. So put on your beach clothes.
35. And in the west, it'll be windy.
36. And in the east, it will rain, so don't forget your umbrella - ha! And there could be
some...,
37. Oh, no, not lightning. Ha!
38. And that's the weather with me, Rock Thrust.
39. HECTOR: Ah, come in and sit down. Close your eyes. Now, are you ready for a
40. taste of paradise?
41. Chocolate so smooth it will melt a beautiful lady's heart. Ready?

45. BRIDGET: Well, hello! It's Rock Thrust. Would you like your messages, Mr Thrust?

47. ANNIE: Oh, poor Nick. You must be very tired now.
48. NICK: Yeah, I am.
49. ANNIE: Working in television must be exhausting.
50. NICK: Yes, because I had to run all the way from the studio.

52. NICK: Because I was chased.
