Creation of a service notification
Transaction Menu Path
To create a service notification, you should use transaction IW51 from following path:
Logistics --> Customer Service --> Service Processing --> Notification --> IW51 Create

To create an attachment click on Services for Object arrow. In case tasks are assigned to the
notification the following screen will be displayed:
