IN BRIEF
Bitten by a radioactive
spider during a science expo
in his high school years,
Peter Parker gained many of
the abilities of a spider. At
first using his abilities for
selfish gain, his
irresponsible actions
indirectly led to the death of
his uncle, whom had raised
Peter as an adopted father.
Having learned from this
tragedy the terrible
responsibility that comes
with his powers, he became
the hardest-working, and
least appreciated, hero of
his time; the amazing,
friendly-neighborhood
Spider-Man.
