Concept
You can define standard documents and attach them to jobs, schedules, and operations.
Documents can be text, files, or web pages.
The Job and Schedule Documents page is used to create a catalog of standard job and schedule
documents. The Operation Documents page is used to create a catalog of operation documents.
The same information is entered on both pages, the difference is the attachment location.
In this topic, you will define a document to be attached to a job.

• File—Word processing or image file
• Short Text— Less than 2000 characters, prints on reports
• Long Text—2000 characters or more, displays in Document Block
• Web—Browser page reference
If File or Web is selected, enter the value in the File field. These types of files
appear as attachments in the job record.
