Dear Friends,
the year 2010 was a significant one for us, and has set the tone for an equally rewarding 2011. In the coming months, BPtP aims to achieve further success through a variety
of new and innovative projects and the completion and hand over of several current
projects. With the continued support of our employees, stakeholders and customers, we
envision a year of unprecedented growth and opportunity.
this optimism is not unfounded. In a recent study* conducted by the McKinsey Global
Institute, it has been found that Indian urban centres are set to grow at extraordinary rates
in the next two decades. By the year 2030, Indian cities will be home to 590 million people and will generate 70 percent of net new employment. there could be no better news
for us in the real estate sector. this urban boom will create a new, middle class that will
need as much as 900 million square metres of residential and commercial space, and we
at BPtP are equipped to meet this rising demand.
Our company is strategically positioned to optimise on the opportunities that will be
created in the coming years. We will continue to meet with the challenges of creating
exceptional commercial and residential spaces that are contemporary and meet with the
aspirations of our clientele.
after propelling Faridabad to the forefront of the National Capital region (NCr) with

he National Capital region (NCr) of India, the worlds second largest
urban agglomeration, encompasses the entire National Capital
territory of Delhi as well as the surrounding urban areas of haryana,
uttar Pradesh and rajasthan. the concept was first proposed in 1962
to promote growth and balanced development of the entire region.
however, the NCrs development has been uneven. Faridabad, haryanas
largest city and one of its major industrial hubs, has been languishing in
anonymity despite being a part of the NCr. It has often been considered a
poor cousin of Noida and Gurgaon in terms of the lifestyle and living conditions
it offers.
however, over recent months, Faridabad has witnessed a very dramatic
turnaround, fuelled by several factors:
Investment in Real Estate
BPtP Limited was one of first few companies that had the farsightedness to
gauge that Faridabad would prove to be the future area of urban development.

Infrastructure Development
Faridabad is the only city in haryana to receive a grant
of rs. 2,500 crore from the Government of India under
the Jawaharlal Nehru National urban renewal Mission
(JNNurM). the investment and improvement in civic
amenities and infrastructure is projected to provide a
major impetus to the citys urban development.

Connectivity
the Badarpur Flyover, which opened in November
2010, has helped in considerably reducing travel time and
enhancing connectivity between Faridabad and Delhi. this
portends well for Faridabad and it is predicted that the city
will soon witness an industrial/growth boom, as well as a
migration of people who want to make the city their home.
the conversion of National highway (Nh) 2, which passes
through Faridabad, into a six lane expressway and the
proposed underpass at ashram Chowk will further boost
connectivity. In addition to these factors, the GurgaonFaridabad road is being converted into a four-lane
expressway. More good news is in store for Faridabad.
the already approved Delhi Metro Phase-III will connect
Delhi to Faridabad by linking Badarpur to the latter. the
proposed FNG expressway will enhance connectivity with
Noida and Greater Noida, while the KMP expressway
(under construction) passing through Palwal, will improve
connectivity with Gurgaon and other towns of haryana
and rajasthan.
