Team Clark Peer Leadership Update

The store manager held a successful leadership meeting where peer leaders asked good questions and demonstrated their care for the store's future. The manager relies on the peer leaders to communicate and provide excellent customer service. Associates are encouraged to wear football jerseys on weekends. Although economic times are difficult, the store has strong leaders who accept challenges and provide the best customer experience. Amy Labonte and Alex Lora were named Associates of the Month for their work in the bakery and frozen departments. The store needs to continue striving for perfect mystery shop scores. Upcoming store activities in October include a Halloween costume contest and soccer match.

Team Clark:

Our Peer Leadership meeting held at Rahway Park on

Sept 24 gave me a great feeling of the pulse in the store.
Your questions were of concern for the future of our
store, which provided me a great sense of care each and
every one of you has. It also shows me that I made the
right choice of Peer Leaders. You are my eyes and ears
and I rely on you heavily to communicate and listen and
deliver the best customer service possible.
As you know football season is upon so every weekend
you may represent your team by wearing your favorite
football jersey.
As all of you know our economic times are not the
greatest and to prosper, it takes a certain type of an
individual and leader. Leaders who will accept challenges
and those individuals are right here in our store providing
the best customer service for the best customer
experience.
That is why We Are Clark!!!
CONGRATULATIONS:
