TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.100% advance to be paid along with the release of the purchase order.
2. Delivery within 15 days. Any change in delivery status will be intimated to the customer.
3. Once issued, the Purchase Order cannot be cancelled .
4. Unless otherwise stated, Tile shall be supplied in complete boxes only.
5. No return or exchange of products shall be permitted.
6. The above rates are inclusive of VAT of 14.5% for delivery in Tamilnadu only.
Any change in Government levies shall result in the above rates being
amended for the change in the levy.
7. Rates are subject to change based on the manufacture's intimation.

8. Please note that in all products size, colour and batch variations in accordance
with industry standards can be present.
9. Any claim for breakages will have to be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
10. No complaints can be entertained once a tile is laid or used in any manners.
11. Delivery charges would be extra . We shall effect delivery only at the ground floor of the site.
For deliveries outside chennai our responsibility ceases once the materials are handed over
to the transport agency.
12. Please confirm that you have registered the above site with Sales Tax,
otherwise the Sales Tax authorities are demanding even if the TIN No is
there, the various site will have to be registered with them or they would
impose fine.
We would request you to kindly ensure that the sites are registered, so
that the material will not be intercepted during delivery.
