The Resource Guide for Gender and Peacebuilding consists of four parts. Part one lists general material
on this topic, while part two contains resources on specific issues, gender and peace building, female ex-
combatants, women and small arms, gender and media, gender and disarmament, demobilization and
reintegration (DDR and conflict pre!ention. The third part contains more practical resources and tools
dealing with how to mainstream gender and integrate gender in pro"ects and programmes. The final part
lists resources on the #eb, which will be useful to consult if additional information is re$uired.
