2.1 PACE INDUSTRY BRIDGE PROGRAM
Most organizations that have a strong on-campus hiring strategy look for 2 areas while hiring a fresh
trainable candidate.
a. Technical Skills :
Organization expect candidates to exhibit good understanding of the subject areas relevant
to the industry and also demonstrate ability to apply concepts in a practical situation.
Most of the technical interviews assess students on parameters of concept clarity and
practical application.
b. Business Skills :
Organization expect candidates to demonstrate high profiniency in problem solving skills,
communication in a business environment, and competence related to personal and
interpersonal effectiveness.
Most of the HR interviews revolve around assessing proficiency of students on business
skills.
PACE Industry Bridge Program builds both technical and business skills in a structured manner so
that students meet the expectations of organizations looking for fresh talent.

3.0 PACE INDUSTRY BRIDGE PROGRAM
This program covers the technical and business skills expected from a fresher looking for an entry-
level role in the industry. This program develops the practical application skills of students on subject
areas that have practical industrial application.
Technical skills: Bridge the gap between corporate and college by providing industry orientation to
curriculum subjects.We cover the technical areas that have practical application in the industry.
Business skills: Prepare students on business skills to make individual more effective in
organizations.
We cover problem solving, personal and interpersonal Effectiveness, and communication skills to
ensure that candidates meet the expectations of employers.
Program Industry Bridge Program
Objective
- Readiness for recruiters that hire Smart Trainable talent and then
train them in house.
- A strong foundation for undergoing industry certification or finishing
program.
Participating Batch - 2-6 Sem students of CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/EC/Mech./MCA students.
Participation - Mandatory for all students.
Program Duration - 48 Hours per semester
Program Training - Along with the Regular Semester
Program Schedule - 4 Hours per week for 12 weeks.

3.1 DESIGN
Technical skills
The design of Technical skills program is as follows :
Readiness for technical interviews across verticals
24 hours per semester including sessions and lab exercises
Refresher sessions for the key concepts in each subject area
Discussion on industrial Application in the given subject area
Quizzes, Assignments on students portal in Lab.
Business Skills
The Design of Business skills program is as follows :
24 hours per semester including sessions and exercise
Behavioral inventories
Practical Exposure on contextual communication
Aptitude and problem solving
Discussions in forums/sessions
Quizzes, assignments on student portal
3.2 DELIVERY METHODOLOGY
PACE Hybrid Delivery methodology includes leveraging cutting edge technologies and the comfort of
face to face interaction to deliver highly effective high touch training. The program is delivered using
an Experts sessions over VSAT and online portal for assignments and assessments.
PACE trainers are hand picked domain experts from the IT industry with rich practical experience.
Other than the trainers, PACE engages industry veterans for sharing their perspectives with the
aspiring candidates.
I. Expert sessions over VSAT
PACE Expert Trainers will conduct sessions over VSAT. These sessions are interactive sessions
in which the students and trainers can interact with each other.
II. Online Learning Portal in Lab
Students will do their assignments and assessments on PACE online learning portal. Students
need an Internet enabled personal Computer for doing this activity.
III. Personalized Trainer Feedback
Students get personalized feedback on their assignments work. The central pool of PACE
trainers provide individual feedback on assignments and give personal attention to very
student.
IV. Learning Material
Students get learning material that includes handouts and self-practice exercise that
students can complete at their convenience.
