PREFACE

To survive in a crucial & competitive environment, theoretical knowledge must
be supplemented with practical knowledge.
Being an M.B.A. student, project study forms an essential part of our course and
bridges the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge.
Now-a-day all the companies require a manager who possess the complete
knowledge of management in theoretical and practical and it is my pleasure to get
an opportunity of such a training in Videocon Company.
As a part of the curriculum of the M.B.A. program,
I had the privilege to undergo training and prepare my Summer Internship project
at Videocon Company and done Research on Performance Appraisal.
