A, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General, in pursuance of
the powers conferred upon me by the Court of Pelly Scissions Ordinance
(No. 2) 1930, do hereby make the following Eul es under the said
Ordinance, to come into operation on and from the twenty-first day of
November, One thousand nine hundred and thirty.
Dated this 12th day of December, One thousand nine hundred and

COURT OF PETTY SESSIONS (SOLICITORS' COSTS)
RULES.
1. These Rules may be cited as the Court of Petty Sessions
(Solicitors' Costs) Rules.
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counselalso accessible at www.legislation.act.gov.au
2. Where the Court fixes the costs to be paid by one party to another court to specify
in respect of any proceeding or action upon a complaint, it shall "iy,'^"
specify the costs in the order and shall therein, order one party to pay
such costs to the other.
3. The scale of solicitors' costs referred to in section two hundred Solicitors'
and forty-six in the Ordinance shall be as specified in the Schedule to

4. Where in any action or proceeding upon a complaint an order costspayable
