Principles for an object lesson.
- Your responsibility is to teach. Your aim is to teach a truth and then
apply that truth to the children.
- Make your lesson attractive-make it interesting and relevant to the
children.
- Make sure your words and concepts are simple.
- Live your lesson: use your voice, your face, your body, let your lesson
move and stop at the end.
- Be personal, look at the children, use the words we and you.
- Personal appearance, smile and dress to honor God.
- Be yourself, don't copy others.
- Relax and enjoy teaching your lesson.
- Apply the lesson to save and unsaved child.
- Bath your lesson in prayer and trust the Holy Spirit to minister to the
children.

Conclusion
A "conclusion" is "the last part of anything, the last summing up. It
ends the class in an exciting way.
- Relate it back to the introduction.
- Make it short (concise). Get to the point!
- Use "you" to touch every heart.
- Know it well so you don't have to read it.

Review Time
Why Is Review Important?
- God's Word encourages review (Heb. 2:1; 2 Pet. 3:1,2).
- It is helpful in evaluating previous teaching.
- Review reinforces good teaching.
- It corrects any faulty concepts the children might have.
Planning for the Review Time
- Write out the questions in advance.
- Use questions that start with what, who, why, when, where
Be sure the children understand the procedure when playing a review
game.
- Explain the rules first every time; someone may have made their own
rules since the last time you played the game.
- Keep the rules simple.
- Keep the game within the allotted time; you may only have five to ten
minutes within your hour.
