Tips to Make this Year Great


# 1 - Keep this document so you can reference it throughout the year.
Every Morning Be ure to!
Dress in the appropriate uniform and shoes. Dress up and costume days will be
announced in the Tuesday Folder or in the Kindernews Email. Keep in mind there are
special uniforms for Spirit Day, Chapel Day and PE.

Pac! a CCS sweater or fleece. #ur classrooms are a"#ays cool $and sometimes cold%
despite warm outside weather.
Brin a chane of uniform clothes in a &iploc! ba in case of an 'accident.(

bar on Thursday. #rders are not accepted on Fridays.

Consider puttin a small balance on your child8s account in case of emerencies. :ou

Medicine

Please be sure the school nurse and + are aware of )33 medication your child ta!es,

child needs multiple reminders for certain beha*iors, they may be as!ed to mo*e down to :ellow
$Slow Down%. +f the issue or issues continue, they may be mo*ed to #rane $Teacher8s Choice%
or >ed $Parent Contact%. Conse<uences are normally i*en for #rane and >ed. +f you child is
usin fantastic habits, they can mo*e to Blue $Bood Day%. Sometimes a child oes abo*e and
beyond what is e9pected, and that is reconi&ed by placin your child on Purple $Breat ?ob%.
Small rewards are sometimes i*en when a child is on Blue or Purple.

The Tuesday Folder contains *ital information and your child8s recent wor!

appropriate papers are sined and returned in the folder.
Tuition payment should G#T be sent in the Tuesday Folder. +nstead use the drop

The Kinder,e#s 3etter will be emailed monthly as the year proresses. Please chec!
for this important emai" on Tuesdays.
