providing agencies with payment options, payments related consulting services, and services. Migration to these new
services resulted in new processes, procedures and an expanded suite of payments options.

Implemented new enterprise wide payments processor with a full range of payment options for multiple agencies
including FDNY, Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) and The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
(DOHMH).
Implemented Point of Sale (POS) Electronic Check Deposit (ECD) with a variety of New York City agencies
including DCA, DOHMH and Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR)
Program Manager for the DOF business center Core iPayments Cashiering System Replacement Project. Agile
project responsible for daily scrum meetings, product and sprint backlog grooming, reporting to senior
management and working with product owner.
Coordinated the PCI Compliance efforts for the multi agency implementation of Accela ELP, the next generation
Enterprise Licensing and Permitting system for New York City.

Home Office Redevelopment program: This program was a series of projects designed to increase the

circuits, routers, firewalls, load balancers and the migration of the network to BGP and MPLS. Operational

activities at the Kaplan and ATT data center were involved including racking and wiring as well as managing

technical resources to remove all technical dependencies on Kaplan including infrastructure liabilities such as
networking, Windows and UNIX operations to custom applications.
