Terms And Conditions

The quoted rates inclusive of all Taxes shall be firm without any pre conditions attached thereto. Kindly show the basic rate and taxes separately. The quoted rates should be per unit as indicated The material should be delivered free of cost at our premises in Kandivali and training regarding the operation and safety procedures shall be given to our operators in our premises without any additional cost. After accepting the order the supplier should be able to execute the same within the specified period. In case of Failure/ delay in supplying the material on stipulated date as per our order either fully or partially, the institute shall be at liberty to purchase the same through alternative sources at its sole discretion . No alterations in quantity , quality or Brand of the items shall be permitted. Overwriting and alterations in the quotation without proper authentication / signature shall not be accepted and shall be liable to be rejected outright. The quotation duly signed and sealed shall be delivered to the Deputy Manager Maintenance Department on or before 10th April 2014 upto 3.00 pm. The items should strictly confirm with the specification of the Institute and to ensure this the items shall be checked by concerned authority . In case of any variation with respect to quality or quantity of any item the same will be rejected and be liable to be replaced by the supplier at his cost without delay.

10. Material shall be delivered duly accompanied by delivery challan in duplicate. 12. The bill should be sent alongwith the copy of delivery challan in duplicate for payment.

No advance payment will be made. Entire Payment will be made within three weeks from the date of receipt of the suppliers bill.. No payment shall be made for material rejected by the Institute. The quotation should be submitted in sealed condition and each page thereof should be authenticated by the party with its rubber stamp/seal and signature, failing which the quotation shall be rejected outright. We accept the terms and conditions mentioned above.
