Optimizing Cloud Resources For

This paper discusses optimizing cloud resources for IPTV services using a virtualized architecture and intelligent timeshifting to reduce costs. It presents an optimization formulation to determine the necessary server resources while meeting service deadlines, achieving a load reduction of up to 30%. Additionally, it highlights the importance of accurate requirement specifications for system design and outlines the roles of admins and users in the application.
