Annual Garage Sale IMS Special Education Department Saturday, March 29, 2014, 8AM - Noon Proceeds benefit the Special Education Programs at IMS

We are in need of items to sell.


If you have done some Spring cleaning and would like to donate those GENTLY used items. Smaller, lightweight items may be sent to school with your child. Students may take items to a teacher in the Special Education Department or to the front office at the beginning of the school day. Parents may drop off items at the front office during school hours any day before March 29.

Larger, bulkier items should be dropped off at IMS on Friday, March 28 between 4:00PM 6:00PM

19th Annual Columbia International Festival As part of Global Education Day the seventh grade student
will visit the 19th Annual Columbia International Festival on April 4. A passport will be given to each registered student, teacher and chaperone. This year, Brazil will be in focus. Approximately 50 other countries represented by exhibitors this year will also be listed, grouped by continents, along with an exhibit highlighting the International Academic Magnet at Irmo Middle School. Basic information for each country is given, such as the capital, location, official language and a short description. NOTE: The student signed passport entitles the student bearer to FREE re-admission Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, 2013 when accompanied by one paying adult.
