Our Nine (9) Simple Sabbath Witnesses!

A friend of mine recently asked me how one could determine which day of the
week is the true Sabbath Day of the Lord. Well, I wrote to her (in two long SMSs)
the following that ARE our NINE daily WITNESSES of the Sabbath Truth! By a quick
search EVERYONE can discover them!!! Why don’t you try looking them up?

1. THE WEEKEND.
The term “weekend” is not very old. It wasn't there in
biblical times. Please ask yourself this question: “If a
week begins ON the First Day of the week, how comes
it later ENDS ON/WITH Two Days?”
Moreover, we were given by God SIX days to
WORK and ONE day for “REST”. It wasn't FIVE days
to Work and TWO days for Rest! Someone must have
stretched the duration of the Weekend from one day to
two days.
[And the person who did this was the “Little Horn”
Power of Daniel 7:25, of whom it was prophesied that
he would “think to change times” attests to this fact.
But that's another topic. (If you desire to study further
about this Time Changer, please tell me.)]
To understand a little more about the weekly cycle (as
prescribed by God), you may read the following texts: Exodus
20:9,10; 31:15-17; 34:21; and Deuteronomy 5:13,14.

2. OUR CALENDARS.
Up until the late 80s, almost ALL calendars had
Sunday as the FIRST day of the week, & Saturday as
SEVENTH. Even today, most calendars have maintained
the same position -- posting Sunday on the slot of the
First Day, and Saturday on that of the Seventh Day.
Check your calendar.

Question:
How can it be that the minority who maintain that Saturday is
the true Sabbath hold such a large sway over the greater
majority who think otherwise that they can dictate how
calendars are published?
Answer:
Because it is not their influence, but that of our Heavenly
Father -- pointing us to the truth.

3. ENCYCLOPEDIAS AND DICTIONARIES.

The words “Sabbath”, “Sunday”, and “Saturday” in any OLD encyclopedia or dictionary
will give you the answer. Just check it up.

Question:

4. THE JEWS.
Ever since the days of Abraham (the first Jew), there has never ceased
to be a Jew on the face of the earth. And these people have ALWAYS
kept the Sabbath -- TO DATE! (They seem to be like God's living clock
and witnesses to all future generations.)
So we can thus confidently and credibly say that our counting system
IS correct and accurate!

5. THE HISTORIC USAGE OF THE WORD “SABBATH”.

The word “Sabbath” can be found in over 100 of our ancient languages. Traditionally, all
these ethnic groups knew and kept the true Sabbath.
One good example to be cited was when the Italians went into Ethiopia in their scramble
and partition for Africa. They found that after many centuries of seclusion, the Ethiopians
were still keeping the Saturday Sabbath.

6. THE QURAN AND THE SABBATH.

The Quran was written in the days of Prophet
Mohammed (in the 7th Century). In it, a certain class of
Christians that had forfeited the biblical Sabbath is
strongly condemned by the prophet.

7. THE PASSION WEEK.

Everybody knows that Jesus was crucified on “Good Friday”
and that He arose on “Easter Sunday” (or is it “Resurrection
Sunday/Ascension Sabbath”?).

Read the chronology of the events that took place:

a. Mark 15:42, John 19:31, Luke 23:54;
b. Matthew 27:62; and
c. Matthew 28:1; Mark 16:1,2; Luke 24:1,2; John 20:1.

The steps are:

a. He died on the SIXTH Day, Friday (biblically referred to as “Preparation Day”).
b. He RESTED on the SEVENTH Day, Saturday (the Bible Sabbath).
c. He AROSE on the FIRST Day, Sunday.

8. THE MIDDLE CROSS.
Question:
What do the BIG THREE monotheistic religions in the world (Islam, Judaism and
Christianity) have in common?
Answer:
They all share a set /
fixed chronology that
points out WHEN the
true Sabbath is!

Let me explain this concept.

a. Just as Jesus was hung between two robbers, so, too is God's Sabbath hedged in
between the TWO days of worship: of Friday (Islam) and Sunday (Secular
Christianity).
b. Just as one thief spoke in disbelief and the other ONLY asked to be remembered,
Islam rejects the Savior while Christians don't obey in everything!

9. THE GOOD NEWS BIBLE.

Finally, here is THE LAST SIMPLE
PROOF!
Read Matthew 28:1 from your
GOOD NEWS BIBLE! The proof is
RIGHT HERE! Read it.
It CLEARLY states that Jesus not
only Rested on the Sabbath Day, but
that He arose on a “Sunday”.

Lastly, ask yourself: Could ALL these NINE Witnesses have been coached to give
such “false” testimonies, or is it that they are bur the Lord’s messengers of Truth?

And iIs it possible that the tiny community of Sabbath-keepers is capable of single
handedly plotting conspiracy theories for ALL these NINE FACTS to their favour?
