Plans for the Peacham Caf are gearing up and we are looking forward to Spring!
We continue to be grateful for the generous support from our community! Without your support, this unique community-supported enterprise could not have become a reality. We have started construction on a new and exciting community gathering place! We will be hosting a community event at the Caf on Saturday, March 22 from 10 a.m. until noon! Stop by for a great cup of coffee and conversation! Our Cafe team will be present to provide an update of the project and to answer any questions you may have. We would love for you to join us!
Some exciting updates:
We recently received the approval for the wastewater permit! We have received zoning approval from the Town of Peacham!
We have issued a Request for Proposal for an operator. A number
of people have already inquired about running the caf, and well be interviewing soon.
We will be sending periodic updates as we move towards opening day. Thank you again for your support and we are looking forward to seeing the daffodils crawl up from under the snow!! The Caf Team
