February 2014 Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 5:30am-9pm Saturday 7am-7pm Sunday 12pm-6pm *Pool Closes at 8pm on weekdays, 6:30 on Saturday, 5:30pm on Sunday All classes are $4 or free to annual members unless otherwise noted

Water Activities Water Exercise Classes- Join us for a low-impact workout entirely completed in the water. Morning classes meet in the warm-water pool for a work-out suitable for all ages and abilities. Evening classes meet in the lap-pool and do include entering into the deep end with floatation devices. Morning Time: M-F 9am-10am/ Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6pm-7pm Arthritis Water Workout- This course is designed to be a suitable low-impact workout for anyone suffering from any mobility and flexibility issues. Gain strength and reduce jointpain with our Arthritis Water Workout offered through partnerships with the Arthritis Foundation. All classes are taught in the warm-water pool to provide maximum comfort. Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:45pm-5:45pm Swim Lessons- Lessons are available for all ages and abilities. Parent/Child 5pm, Level I 5:30pm, Level II 6pm, Level III 6:30pm, Level IV/V 7pm. Adult lessons are available pending interest. th Time: February 11 - March 6th Cost: $40 per session Land Activities Senior Fitness: Mon, Wed, Thur10:00am Cost: FREE Zumba- A fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Ditch the workout and join the party with our new Zumba instructor; Kristin! Intro to Zumba- Have you always wanted to see what Zumba is all about but did not feel comfortable jumping into a class? This is the class for you. Come every Tuesday for 6-weeks to learn some of the basic Zumba moves while you burn calories and gain confidence. This th class ends on February 11 . Strong Form: Bump up the muscle, burn off the fat! Strength-based class that hits all of the big muscles and most of the smaller ones too! All fitness levels can benefit. Strengthen the core while increasing muscle definition, balance and overall strength. Get your cardio out of

the way before class - this is where you get to work chiseling so you can build up your fat burning power houses!. SilverSneakers Classic Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Time: See Fitness Schedule for days and times. Classes are 4 days a week. Where: Conference Room A Boot camp Workout: Join ex-Marine, Meghan, as she gives you a total body workout that can be adapted to any age and ability. From kickboxing, to yoga, to circuit training, you will never get bored with this great all-around class! iCore- This core-focused class will pay specific attention to the abdominals, oblique, and back. Each exercise will be presented with higher and lower intensity options so this class is for all levels of fitness. There will be a warm and cool down portion to this class so you can attend after Bootcamp or come as a stand-alone workout! A stronger core can improve lower back pain, increase balance, and decrease risk of injuries. Fit n Flexible- Increase your flexibility. Becoming flexible is a key component of being fit and healthy! In each relaxing 45 minute session, we will work on dynamic & static stretches that target the entire body to make you feel recharged! Hi-Lo Aerobics- This class is a style of physical movement designed to increase heart rate and improve oxygenation throughout the body. Hi-low, or high-low, aerobics classes combine traditional, low-impact aerobics movements with higher impact strength-training movements to create a comprehensive fitness routine that supports heart health and weight loss. Many classes are included in the WCCPR membership, but TRX Commit requires an additional fee and pre-registration. 2 Annual Run For The Paws 5k: April 13 , 2pm at the BCTC Winchester campus. Please visit Racesonlie.com to register. Registrations will only be accepted online. The deadline to th register and pay online is April 6 . Wellness Challenge participants can pre-register for $10. th All other pre-registrations before April 6 will pay $25. Race-day registrations will be $35. We ask that every participant bring one item to donate to the Clark County Animal Shelter.
