DEALING WITH DIFFERENT KINDS OF PEOPLE: Stockists, Stockists Salesmen, retail outlets ranging from pan wallas to large departmental stores MOBILITY: Transfer to any place anywhere in the country COMPETITIVENESS: Tough job requiring you to put in long hours to achieve the targets assigned to you. Continuous market domination essential. Scope for personal life is limited MENTAL TOUGHNESS/ AGILITY: Ability to withstand pressures of all kind, ability to think on feet, deal with difficult customers LEADERSHIP: Master of territory. No one immediately available to support in case of crisis

Internship Stipend Rs.16000 pm Daily allowance: 1000/1200 Rs.(metro/non metro) per day during internship period Communication allowance: Rs. 1500 pm

CD Trainee: (After internship based on performance & Fitment)

CTC: Rs. 3.61 lacs


Fixed salary: 2.89 Lacs
Monthly: Basic/HRA/ Conv/ Exp.Allow Retirals: PF, Gratuity & Superannuation Target Variable Pay (dependent on performance): 25% of fixed - Approx 72000 Medical Insurance Cover up to Rs 2 lac for self & family Life Insurance: 3 times Fixed Pay with a minimum of 10,00,000 lac life cover Personal Accident Insurance

Compensation-CD Officer
CD Officer (After 6 months training and based on

CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

CTC: Rs. 5.03 lacs Annual fixed 4.03 lakhs

Monthly : Basic/HRA/Conv/Exp.Allow
Retirals: PF, Gratuity & Superannuation Annual: LTA & Medical

Target Variable Pay: 25% of fixed 100000 approx.


Medical Insurance Cover upto Rs 2 lac for self & family Life Insurance: 3 times Fixed Pay with a minimum of 10,00,000 lac life cover

Personal Accident Insurance


Vehicle loan: Rs. 75,000
