On 10 January 2014 the students of SY BBA(T&T) were shown a documentary on food nutrient and cancer how can healthy diet reduce the risk of cancer. Mr.DonaldAbrams anthropologist was the one highlighted how healthy diet can prevent cancer, nutrition and cancer from the prospective of reducing cancer through proper diet is very crucial for wellbeing of the human body. Neutrino is very important which has been neglected by us due to our lifestyle thus leading to abnormal overweightness and underweight disorders. Thus being over weight increases the risk of hormonal diseases and malignant disease. Thus keeping body mass lean is very important obesity makes hormones & many of the cancers are fuelled by Harmons. Healthy activity and keeping lean body weight without becoming underweight is a advice by Mr . Donald Abrams Avoid sugary drinks contain sugar obtained from corn Avoid sugary drinks because have high content of sugar can make your body realise more insulin thus leading to inflammation(heat tenderness swelling and pain is known as inflammation) of body which increase risk for cancer cells to development Have a high anti-inflammatory diet food according to American institute of cancer research is advised in the video. Avoid energy dense food because they are Process food and can increase in the risk of cancer. While buying any edible processed item it is Ok to have sugar in neutrino fact box because it fuels the brain but sugar in the ingreadiance list can lead to inflammation in body Eat more organic food as compared to processed foodis a good substitute But organic food must be naturally grown without fertiliser and pesticides because when a organic plant is naturally grown it builds a defence mechanismin the form of chemicals to protect it self from its environment which is transferred to the food we consume its totally opposite for non organic food For people with cancer or people without cancer must always opt for organic food Eating vegetables and fruits is very healthy but in order to wreak the benefits of this vegetable to prevent cancer it has to be it has to be served 6 to 7 servings, which is not possible. But it is possible to have certain vegetables which are rich in chemical content (cruciferous) that prevents cancer risk. Cruciferous vegetables and fruits are anti-cancer agents Anti inflammatory anti oxidant and perform detoxification of toxins in body and has activity that cancels generation of cancer cells Cruciferous vegetables and fruits are Broccoli& gale

Soya beans and soya products are largely consume to prevent cancer but eating heavily process soya food products are not good because they alter children hormones but processed products such as soya milk, soya beans, tofu and Tempe are healthy as compared to others. Lycopene chemical is good to prevent cancer which is present in Tomato. Tomato is important to prevent prostate cancer but its seeds can cause kidney stone. Watermelon and pink-grape fruit are also good Orange yellow vegetable are rich in carotenoids carrot and potatoes prevent lung cancer Spices such as onion and garlic are good to prevent cancer Turmeric is good for preventing cancer and for detoxifying the body Mushroom are healthy as long as the are cooked properly they improve the immune system Cooking method better when southing Organic Fruits such as blue barriers, grapes, black reburies, apples are also good to prevent cancer Wholegrain such as jasmine and basmati is good to prevent cancer Limit consumption of meat and beef and avoid processed meat because theyincreases risk of pollen cancer. Fiches are good substitute for meat products as well as prevent cancer Read-vine is good to reduce the risk of Brest cancer in men and women Green tea is rich in polyphenol which is cancer reducing chemical Conclusion Naturally grown food is important to reduce the chances of cancer where as highly processed food cane is a cause of cancer. Organic food is the safest to prevent cancer.
