Complete the project information above - it will be shown on every worksheet Enter the functional details on the appropriate worksheets as shown by the tabs above (e.g. Internal Logical Files on the ILF sheet). For each Functional element, enter a description, the number of RETs/FTRs and DETs. The column titled "A/CB/CA/D/Con" indicates whether the element is Added (A), Changed (record both Changed Before (CB) and Changed After (CA) function points), Deleted (D) or for conversion (Con). It is initialized to A so you need to enter the appropriate value if it is not Added Function Use the sheet labelled "GSCs" to capture the 14 General System Characteristics, as assessed at the end of the project. For enhancement projects, record the current FP Base above as well as the current Total Degrees of Influence. The sheet labeled FPSummary shows a summary of all the data entered.
