Communications and Public Relations Assistant for Simplicity Laser Inc. (July-Dec. 2013) Lindon, Utah Edited and created several employee training documents used in formal trainings. Created over 10 promotional pieces that were used for the launch of new products. Re-designed the product label and packaging for the Simplicity Restorative gel that is now in clinics nationwide. Public Relations Intern for Modern Yardage fabric designSenior Public Relations Writing Class Client (June-Aug. 2013) Provo, Utah Created a strategic plan to help reach the goals and objectives Modern Yardage created. Wrote and pitched several press releases to five editors throughout Utah County. Created an FAQ document for the Modern Yardage website as well as a YouTube video. Designed event posters and a new brochure to differentiate Modern Yardage from other fabric manufacturers and retailers. Public Information Office Assistant for the Supreme Court of the State of Nevada (Jan.-Feb. 2013) Regional Justice Center, Las Vegas, Nevada Wrote and edited news releases involving the Supreme Court and the Justices. Interviewed and video recorded over 30 judges and justices statewide. Assisted in creating and launching the new Meet the Nevada Judiciary statewide program to help citizens of Nevada meet judges through the Supreme Court website.
