About us
Ever since the early seventies, after detailed investigation made on the domestic market, it had been found out that the region of Macedonia needed a strong engineering company, an organization extensively involved in civil engineering activities through investigations, research, planning, improvement of the civil engineering field and transfer of up to date technologies and sciences from all over the world. Through the past thirty years of persistence and hard work, CEIM surpassed an individualistic appearance on the market and performance of individual phases od certain work by the formation of well trained and organized personnel, the majority of which are highly qualified experts in their respective fields. The adherent group is able to undertake large scale construction works. Having respect towards the words civil engineering standards, and above all, the ethics of good workers, we have given solid evidence of our competence through the satisfaction and confidence granted to us by our associates, investors. Drilling machine BSK-100 multi-purpose drilling rig 45 KW, L=300m, f=120mm Grouting MaCHinerY and Equipment Grouting is mainly conducted from the central stations that are equipped with storage for grout material, dozers, mixers, mixture tanks and grouters. Each grout unit must contain:
Two-component high-turbulence mixer Two piston grout pump for injecting the grout mixture Grout pump with low pressure, but high capacity (mono pump) Tank with a device for maintaining the grout mixture in a state of suspension
The equipment consist of instruments that would continually register the penetration speed, blow impact, pressure on the bottom of the borehole and water consumption.
The pressure of the grouting must be continuously monitored and automatically or manually registered. The whole of the equipment is to be of the necessary pump capacities which must meet the prescribed grouting criteria. For transporting the mixture to the boreholes, there is a high pressure pipe line provided with pressure gauges and flow registers, water gauges, valves etc., where everything has to be adjusted to the grout materials applied (cement, bentonite, sand and quick-set adhesives.
