APPLICATION FEE: There is a required non-refundable application fee of FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (Php. 400.00). The fee can be deposited at any branch of Allied Bank or Metrobank (please call us at 638-1188 for details). TRANSCRIPTS: Prospective students must submit certified copies or original high school transcripts (FORM 137), high school report card (FORM 138), secondary certificate or any proof of graduation. Transferees must also submit official transcripts from all schools/universities attended whichever is applicable. These, however, need not delay your submission of your application as transcripts may be sent separately. Applicants still completing their current programs at the time of application may submit copies of their most recent academic records. International students with documents written in any other language must submit certified translations of their credentials as well as TOEFL or IELTS scores. Bureau of immigration requirements also apply to international students. (Do not write below this line)
