Before School Drop-Off Policy For the safety of our students, we ask that you wait until Williams School staff is out on the side walk before you drive away and school staff will be outside by 7:50am. We cannot have children left unattended. If you need Before School care, Coach Gerrard is in the lunch room providing Extended Day child care beginning at 7:15am. The fee is $8.00 per morning which includes a continental breakfast. Thank you for your assistance.

Caf Williams and Cooking with Kenya Kenya is looking for menu suggestions, including recipes that might be favorites of your child. You may email them to Kenya, kdixon@[Link] or leave them at the front desk and the recipes will be reviewed. If a recipe is financially feasible and adaptable to make for about 200 people, we look forward to serving it in Caf Williams! THIS WEEK Thank you for your thoughts.

The Williams School Holiday Arts and Craft Fair!!


Please join us in celebrating the holiday season at our second annual arts and crafts fair. The Holiday Fair is Saturday, December 7th from 10AM to 4PM and is located on the playground and in the Multi-Purpose Room at The Williams School. Areas of arts and crafts included are apparel, bath/body products, cork items, florals, glass items, handmade bows, hand turned pens, jewelry, knitted and crocheted hats/scarves/shawls, lanyards and eye glass chains, magnets, note cards, photography, purses, stained glass, wooden bears with outfits, terrariums, tote bags/pillows, toys, up-cycled art and more! Members of the 8th grade class will be selling refreshments during this event. We hope you will come be with us for this festive occasion.

Dear Parents, We are seeing an increased number of strep cases in the school. Please be attentive to the possibility of strep if you child experiences any of the following symptoms: Throat pain Difficulty swallowing Red and swollen tonsils, sometimes with white patches or streaks Swollen, tender lymph glands in the neck Fever Headache Rash Stomachache and sometimes vomiting, especially in younger children Thank you!

TWS Annual Holiday Band Concert


Our first concert of the year is on Wednesday, December 4 at 7:00 pm at Maury High School, 322 Shirley Ave., Norfolk. Students should wear concert attire, (see below) and arrive at 6:30 pm for warm-up. I look forward to a fun and entertaining evening.
