This is the week of the Fall Festival and by the time you read this it will have been
over. The Fall Festival is a wonderful example of what can happen when our church pulls together in a common direction. Volunteers begin early in the year making plans, items needed are ordered and purchased, and many individuals spend countless hours doing the prep work for the Festival. On the day of the event you have crews that set up, man the events and handle clean up. All work together to provide a great time for our church families and our community. Pulling together is the key to the success of any Church. When we all see winning the lost as our common goal and each doing their part to reach that goal we become successful in Gods eyes. Part of that pulling together is each giving as he can to the ministry of the church. I dont look at who gives what and I dont want to know what anyone gives. I do look, and I hope you do, at the weekly budget report and see the shortfall. Would you consider pulling together in the goal of making up the shortfall and fulfilling our commitment to God through the church budget? This is not an impossible task for the Scripture says, but with God all things are possible. (Matt. 19:26) Lets start this Sunday and continue to honor our Lord by keeping our commitment. Plan now to attend the DEDICATION OF THE RAYMOND MILES YOUTH BUILDING on Sunday evening, November 10 at 6:30 PM I look forward to seeing you this Sunday. Fall Festival THANK YOU! A BIG thanks to everyone that brought items, helped with setup, went shopping, served and cleaned up and all the little things in between. I am so grateful for all your efforts that made our Fall Festival a success! I need follow-up help. If you are interested in visiting or making calls, please contact me at the email or cell number below. Now, the work of growing the church begins! If you are unable to help with the follow up, please be in prayer. We will be presenting the Gospel at our visits and inviting people to our worship services. Pray that our church family welcomes in new families and unbelievers and that hearts are receptive to hear the Good News about Jesus. Operation Christmas Child Packing a shoebox as a family is a great way to teach your kids about missions. Also, there are several ways to get involved at our church: 1) Have a Sunday School class packing party 2) AWANA is collecting items and kids earn extra AWANA bucks for participating. We'll use all the items for a wacky packing game. Stacey What's Happening: November 3 AWANA: Store Night
