Residential Rebate Application
Qualifications:
• Qualifying measures and their rebate values are subject to change. Visit [Link]
or call (408) 244-SAVE (7283) to verify your efficiency measure qualifies for a rebate BEFORE purchase or installation.
• When applicable, obtain necessary permit through the City of Santa Clara Permit Center. Please visit
[Link] or call (408) 615-2400. City of Santa Clara permit must have final
approval (for requested measures only) in order to receive rebate.
• Qualifying products must be installed and operating in a residence receiving electricity in the City of Santa Clara from
Silicon Valley Power.
• Offer is valid on new product sales beginning July 1, 2008 until available funds run out.
• Silicon Valley Power reserves the right to verify both the new product sale/installation and (if applicable) the recycling
of the old product before a rebate is issued.
• Application Form must be signed and postmarked within 60 days from date of purchase.
• Applicant must submit the Application Form and Rebate Calculation Section along with a copy of the receipt, paid
invoice, or contract for the product being installed to:

Please Note:
• Rebate will appear as a one time credit on the Silicon Valley Power portion of the City of Santa Clara Municipal
Utilities bill or in the case of insulation, whole house fans, solar attic fans, and pool pumps a check will be given upon
inspection of the product.
• Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from mailing date for bill credit. If your credit has not been received after two
(2) billing cycles, please contact SVP at (408) 244-SAVE, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or
email questions to cutcosts@[Link].
• Discrepancies can invalidate the rebate application.
