1. Patented, high-strength, unidirectional split sleeve composite structure. Patented, fast curing, high performance two-part adhesive system. Extremely high compressive strength, proprietary load transferring component. Once installed, the three elements bond together to form extraordinarily strong and durable repair.

Installation Procedure
Step 1 of 8

Locate the hole and plug to reduce/stop any flow. Prepare the pipe surface.

Thoroughly mix the 2-part Metalplastic.

Using a metal plate, clamp the Metalplastic over the hole and leave to cure for 15-20 minutes.

Thoroughly mix the two component filler and adhesive.

Apply filler material over the metal plate and adhesive onto pipe surface.

Snap on first layer and apply adhesive.

Apply adhesive between each layer. On completion, apply tightening straps.

Tighten and leave to cure (<2 hours). Installation completed within 30 mins.
