Sharing of the Word

As a part our service today, we will share stories and read scripture. Todays message from Owen Cayton is Grace from a Distance based on Luke 7:1-10 and Psalm 96.

Joys, Concerns and Pastoral Prayer

Gods heart is always open to Gods people and so we are called together to lift celebrations and concerns in prayer. God joins us in our deepest moments of pain and our greatest moments of joy...and everything in between. We take this time to pray for ourselves, the church, and the world in word and song.

Upcoming Events June 20 Official Board Meeting

June 22-July 7 Jamaica Mission Trips June 30 Red Cross Blood Drive

The Great Thanksgiving

The Table of God is a celebration of gifts; our gifts and Gods gifts. During the song, hold up your gifts of food for the food panty and the children will gather them. Deacons will pass baskets to receive your financial gifts and offerings. All of these gifts will be brought forward and placed on the table, along with the bread and cup and the childrens feast. After the prayer of Thanksgiving, everyone is invited to come forward to receive Gods gifts in communion. As you receive communion, you are invited to move to the front of the sanctuary where we all stand together and sing John 3:16. If you are not comfortable with your children taking communion prior to baptism, they are invited to receive the childrens feast at the front of the sanctuary at the same time.
