W-CDMA and HSDPA To meet the ever growing needs of 3G UMTS Network Operators deploying high speed data services, the industrystandard E7495B Base Station Test Set now also provides comprehensive HSDPA forward link testing and non-intrusive WCDMA and HSDPA Over-the-Air (OTA) measurements. The E7495B option 245 allows technicians and engineers to easily observe and analyze Node B (BTS) HSDPA performance and verify proper network operation. W-CDMA and HSDPA test functionality includes a full set of parametric measurements such as pilot, sync, and code domain power measurements, scrambling code determination, error vector magnitude, carrier feed through, and carrier frequency error. New HSDPA measurements support bursted mode with sub frame alignment, allowing for measurements on real traffic channels. A Zoom feature provides detailed analysis of 32, 64 or 128 channel segments. A dedicated visual display allows monitoring of power levels in all control channels. Furthermore, an active code channel table enables users to observe traffic by type and CDP level.
W-CDMA/HSDPA Analyzer with dedicated control channel display, zoom and metrics, negates the need to switch between different screens to view results. CDP low noise floor means the E7495B can detect traffic channels other test tools can not.
