National Sales Center Production Manager 2004-2005


Countrywide Mortgage, Rolling Meadows, Illinois
Corporate recruited hire, relocated to Chicago, Illinois to open new national call center operation. Set up and
managed a national outbound sales platform for the origination of first mortgages. Recruited and trained a
sales staff of 20 Loan Originators, 3 loan processors, 1 assistant branch manager and 2 team leaders.
Responsible to oversee all operating procedures, workflow including soliciting, compliance, turn time
reviews, underwriting, closings and funding for mortgage originations in 42 states.
♦ Developed internal sales channel with other divisions by making presentations to departments
showing the benefits of cross referrals for the retention of existing customer base and offering
multiple products resulting in 25% increased revenue.
