APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 436 OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE

The Accused No.2 on his behalf and on behalf of Accused No. 1 Humbly submits as follows:

1. The Complainant had filed a private complaint against this Accused for the alleged offences punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. The Accused is innocent of the offences leveled against him.

3. The Accused is the Permanent resident of Challakere, and is having its office at Bangalore and is ready to furnish personal bond or cash surety to the satisfaction of this Honble Court.

4. The Accused undertakes to be present before the Honble Court on all dates of hearing without fail and is willing to abide by the

conditions that may be imposed by this Honble Court in the event of enlarging him on bail.

WHEREFORE, the Accused most respectfully prays that this Honble Court be pleased to enlarge him on bail, in the interest of Justice and Equity
