(1) O Allah! Make my efforts worthy of acceptance, and my sins forgiven, my deeds accepted, and my flaws concealed. O The Best of those who hear. (2) O Allah! Forgive me because You love forgiveness and You are All Forgiving. (3). My Lord, grant me forgiveness and turn towards me. You are indeed The OftReturning, Most Merciful. (4) O Allah I am asking You - O Allah, The One. The Eternal Absolute and The One Who begets not and Who is not begotten, there is none like unto You to forgive my sins, verily You are Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. (5) O Allah! You are my Lord, there is no deity worthy of worship but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise (to You) as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. Grant me forgiveness for nobody can forgive sins except You. (6) O Allah! Forgive my past and future sins and whatever I have done in secret,

and whatever I have done in public. You are The One Who brings forward and Who delays, there is no deity worthy of worship but You. (7) O Allah! I have done great injustice to myself. No one forgives sin but You, so grant me forgiveness from Your Presence, and show mercy upon me; You are indeed The Oft-Forgiving. (8)

O Allah! Cleanse my heart with water of snow and hail, and cleanse my heart from all sins as a white cloth is cleansed from dirt. Distance me and my sins as You have distanced the East from the West. (9) O Allah! I seek refuge in You from knowingly (or unknowingly) associating anything unto You, and ask Your forgiveness for what I do not know. (10) O Allah! Grant me forgiveness and show mercy on me. Grant me well-being, and grant me provision. (11)

O You The Merciful of all. (1) O Allah! Let us be of those who do Halaal things mentioned in the Quran and avoid Haraam things mentioned in it. THE GRAVE / JUDGEMENT DAY

O Allah! Let the grave be our best home after death, make its narrow vaults wide and spacious. O Allah! Have mercy on us when we stand humble on the Day of Judgement, make our feet go steady on the narrow path of Siraat, save us from the agonies of the Day of Judgement and make our faces white when the faces of the criminals and disbelievers become black. O Allah! Let us have an ever quenching drink from the Haud (pool) of Your Prophet Muhammad. (1) O Allah! Light the graves of Muslims who have died, and be merciful and make life easier for those who are still alive. (1) O Allah!
