PLEASE TAK NOTICE that pursuant to the Order Authorizing the Debtors to
Employ and Compensate Professionals for Specific Services Rendered to the Debtors in the
Ordinary Course of
Business, dated April 8, 2009 (the "Order" (Docket No. 161)), the Debtors in
the above-captioned chapter 11 cases hereby submit this Statement of Ordinary Course
Professionals' Fees and Expenses durng the quarter ended June 30, 2009.
Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a chart that lists: (a) the name of such Ordinary
Course Professional ("OCP"); (b) the amounts of compensation for services rendered and
reimbursement of expenses incured by each OCP; and ( c) a general description of services
rendered by each OCP.
