& Padian ("Tashjian & Padian") filed their Notice of Appearance and Request for Service of Papers on behalf of Special Servicers. 2. On July 27, 2010, David Neff of the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP filed his
Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice on behalf of Special Servicers. 3. On August 6, 2010 the Court entered an Order granting Mr. Neff admission to
appear pro hac vice. 4. The law firm of Perkins Coie LLP has opened an office in New York and,
therefore, requests that Schuyler G. Carroll and Jeffrey D. Vanacore of the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP be substituted for Tashjian & Padian as counsel for Special Servicers.
