INTRODUCTION Education has been considered as natural process. The process of education of man beings when he is in the womb of her mother. After birth infant begins to learn from her mother, family & community & other members of society. But formal & planned education is given in school only. Every group activity requires some sortof organization & directs the groups efforts towards some previously decided goals. Control of financial requirements, learning & placement of personal & co-ordination of all the forces & resources in order to realize the goals. They are all concerned with the group of people involve human activity. Despite of their common features, there are significant differences between the administrative process & management of various social organization & institutions. These difference are related mainly to: 1. Goals, Purpose & Motives 2. Method & Techniques 3. Evaluation
The Study of institutional management of any institution dealing with the education dealing with the education should cover all the internal & external arrangement ideally as this ideally as this directly effects the development of personality of the students. The educational institutions aims at the all round development institution aims at the all round development of human per personality. Background & History of the Institution Panwar Education society, Model Town, Kaithal, (The
Society) was founded in the year 1992 in the memory of the great social reformer of modern India. And got registered In the year 1992 under the Societies registration act 1860 (Act 21 of 1860)
The Society is the guiding force to impart quality education right from its inception in 1992 and has become a symbol of excellence in education. The society is governed by the distinguished personalities from various spheres of knowledge. It has been constant effort of the society to follow the policy of fundamental principles of education with the belief that Children kare the wealth of nation.
The Society has advocated throughout the 20 years that all the children are entitled to. Freedom of through; Freedom of choice; Freedom of expression; Right to equality; Right to Safety; Right to education; Right to opportunity; iv) AIMS & OBJECTIVES a) To run a good independent, progressive school consistent with Indian Tradition & culture. b) To include values among students to enable them emerge as the human beings. c) To ensure the all around development of childs personality with due emphasis on academic, cultural, co-curricular, sports & character building activities.
d) And above all, to pay individual attention to the child, study his aptitudes & abilities with a view to. e) Enable him grow as leader to tomorrow in the various fields of life, such as; Doctor, Engineering Commerce, Administration Buisiness & Armed Forces etc. v) Location of the Institution: The School is located at Jind Road, Kaithal Area of the school is about 2.5 Acres. It is comfortable for the students to come in the school being near their residence. INFRASTRUCTURAL FACILITIES i) BUILDING The school has separate building for juniors & seniors with beautiful sprawling lawns. Having green cover, well ventilated, spacious class rooms. Administrative block is separate e from class room area.
Light arrangement is properly provided with windows & tube light. Water supply is plentiful in hygienic & fresh arrangement. Adequate well-arranged, properly fitted & decently
maintained sanitary facilities are available in school. ii) CLASS ROOMS The School has classes from 1 to 10. It has about 40 class rooms. Each class room has two doors k& wide windows. Theses class rooms are equipped with desks & benches for the students. There is one black board for the students to clear the concepts. The class rooms are well decorates with Charts, models & picture of Great personalities. There is provision for proper light & air. STAFF ROOM The school has faculties wise staff room. School has well furnished staff rooms.

LIBRARY FACILITIES The school liberary is housed in a spacious half with a well
selected large collection of books on all subjects & is also rquipped with journals, magazines & newspapers. It is equipped with the study charts & models prepared by the students of the school. iii) LABORATORY FACILITIES The school has consist will furnished 3 separate laboratory for the subjects physics, chemistry & biology. iv) COMPUTER LABORATORY: Following the hands of modernization, the school is helping the students to enhance their computer knowledge by providing a Computer Lab it has 10 Computers. v) MUSIC ROOM The School has a music room facility with music instrumental vocal and dance, student are imparted training in classical dance, folk
dance, orchestracongo, chongo, sitar, table, Banjo, Tanpura, Cassio, Flute, Harmonium. Classical Vocal music: Bhajan, Ghazals, songs etc are taught by well qualified and experienced music teacher. vi) ACTIVITY HALL Recreational & Resourceful activity hall with toys, games, piques, ball room sleeping room, Audio. Visual facilities, area for TV viewing, computer Y a colorful stage for tiny-tots have been made available for activity oriented teaching. vii) PLAY GROUND The school has vast play grounds for most of the sports & games activities like badminton, lawn tennis cricket, basket ball hockey, football, judo-Karate, Soxking, Kho-Kho, Yoga and Skating viii) CANTEEN The school has provided the facility of Canteen for the students to buy eatables in recess time.
3. TRANSPORT: School provides Transport facility to the students through a fleet of buses manned by training personal. Students though are not allowed to use private vehicle in exceptional cases prior permission of the principal will have to be sought in the beginning of the session by the parents. In that case, parents will be responsible for the safety & security of their wards. If any student is caught using private vehicle without the principals permission, he will not be allowed to enter the school premises. Transport charge fixed and are to be paid in advance along with the school fee. 4. HUMAN RESOURCE BASE i) School is run by the joint management committee comprising the Panwar Education Society, Kaithal.

ii) REGISTRATION & ADMISSION As only limited numbers of students are admitted to the school every year, the registration of the child is done, well in advance, for the class to which admission is sought. Admission is made without any distinction of religion, caste and creed, palce of birth or any of them & 10. Purely on the basis of the admission test. CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMMED I) ACTIVITES The School provides sample opportunities to the students to exhibit their talents through inter House competitions like dance, music, Books reading, Competition & painting c9ompetition. A part from these a number of cultural programmed are held to celebrate festivals like Holi, Lohir, Dipawali etc.
ii) TOURS, OUTINGS, VISITS Meaningful education cannot be imparted to in class rooms, interaction with the society at large & practical work conditions, in particular are very essential for broadening the out looks of the students. The school Arranges, various visits for the junior class students i.e. water Park.Appu Ghar etc. School had been arranged tours for the upper High Class students.
iii) GAMES & SPORTS The school has laid great emphasis on physical fitness of students & therefore provided facilities for games. The programmed included rhythmic exercise, Badminton, Tennis etc.
iv) HOLIDAY PROGRAMME The school emphasize on holiday programme. Student are given home asignemts & self-creative activities during holiday.
v) ANNUAL FUNCTION & FAREWELL The school conducts Annual Function every year. An annual school report is given & all are entertained with cultural Programs. Prize distortion is another feature of the Cap. vi) HOUSE SYSTEM All the students of classes 2nd to 10th are divided into two houses. 1. Vishwas House. 2. Aastha House. These Houses on duty also manages the discipline in the school. All the students participate deeply in various house activities. vi) INTERACTION WITH THE COMMUNITY The school makes efforts to interact with community. 1. Parents day: their words. 2. CONCLUSION The school has good academic record. Students show merit in Board Examination. In cultural activities also, students takes parts. The school provides facilities like library, music room for entertainment & a canteen for refreshment etc. school has well qualified teaching staff.
SUGGESTIONS 1. The school must appoint professional sports, coaches in games Cricket. 2. More space should be provided for canteen. According to Strength of students and teacher, it does not meet the requirement of all. 3. The school must introduce student safety insurance policy. 4. School should arrange Edu-sat room. 5. School should be providing language lab.
