Deflection of a simply supported beam
Problem 1: Find the deflection at C
Deflection of Cantilever Beams
Problem 2: The cantilever beam has a rectangular cross-section 50 mm wide with h to be determined. Find the minimum height h so that the maximum deflection is not to exceed 10 mm. Use E = 10GPa.
Problem 3. Find maximum deflection of the rectangular beam (50 mm width x 150 mm height). Use E = 69GPa.
