CIRCULAR Dear students of first year B.Tech, Sub:- Commencement of B.Tech (I year) class work and Parents meet on 14th July, 2012 Reg. At the outset, let me congratulate you for becoming a part of Vignans family. We are happy to inform you that the class work for I B.Tech (2012-13) will commence on 14th July, 2012. Hence, we request you to see that your ward attends the classwork without fail from day one onwards. The Parents meet is scheduled on the same day after pooja (at 9.00 AM) in which information regarding the infrastructural facilities, administrative, teaching, evaluation, student behavioural aspects related to Vignan campus life will be shared with the Parents and students. During this programme, Parents and students can make the opportunity to interact with the administrative officials, Deans, HODs & Teaching staff. In addition, information about the entry procedure, course structure and fee structure of B.Tech + Civils programme will be announced on that day. We look forward to the Parents close association and cooperation for monitoring their wards progress during his/her four year stay on the campus. The student is expected to submit all original certificates as mentioned below. The Parents meet will be followed by lunch. Director, Admissions Note: All original certificates (SSC marks memo, 10+2 marks memo, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Caste Certificate) must be submitted on or before 14th July, 2012. Submission of original certificates is compulsory to attend the classwork. Clearing the fee dues and submitting all original certificates is compulsory to allot the registered numbers. Fee may be paid in the form of cash or D.D. drawn in favour of VFSTRGF payble at Guntur. Hostel fee can be paid, if required, in the form of cash or D.D. drawn in favour of Vignan students hostel payble at Guntur. Dress code for boys: Tuck-in is compulsory and T-shirts are not permitted.
