Historical Context: Explain the historical context of the source The question is concerned with the historical context of the source. The answer must be concentrate on what is in the source and explain its significance of the sources content Identify the focus of the source Outline the causes or events that lead to focus of the source Provide evidence and other specific details dates/ events/ people/ place and ideas

Messages: Compare and contrast the messages in Source X and Source Y Look for the messages of the both the sources Read all the aspects of the source title/ author/ date/ location Identify the issue/ event/ subject Identify the representation or opinion being expressed Provide evidence from the source to support the response
