The St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School newsletter provides information about upcoming events and awards. The attendance award for the week was won by Aidan with 96.7% attendance and Columba with 100% attendance. Holy Communion will be held on May 27th at local churches. A disability awareness fun day will be held on June 30th. A parents course called "Building Confident Parents" will run on Wednesdays starting June 13th. The annual summer fair will be held on July 3rd.

Attendance award was won this week by: Top Dog Aidan 96.7% The Cup Columba 100.0% WELL DONE !! School Target is 95% School weekly total 95.2% School total 93.5%
Summer Half Term Can we please remind you that children will break up for the Summer Half Term on Thursday 31st May and return to school on Tuesday 12th June. Holy Communion On Sunday 27 May, First Holy Communion will be held at St Peters Church at 10 a.m. and at Sacred Heart Church at 9 a.m. All Welcome.

Disability Awareness Day Saturday 30 June, 10a.m 2p.m at The Doncaster Deaf Trust Leger Way. A family fun day to share information, meet others and find out more about Services available. See posters around school for more information.

Building Confident parents This is a six week course starting on 13th June, 9.15a.m 11.15a.m in school. To enrol on course contact school. Summer Fair The Summer Fair will be held in school on Tuesday 3rd July, any donations would be very much appreciated. We will also be collecting any school uniform that your child has out grown.

Patrick Jessica Oliver for showing lots of kindness and sharing with her friends. Sienna Thompson for super word writing. Hilda Owen Robson for working well and listening to the teacher. Aidan Natalia Tarnawska for coming back after two weeks off with sensible manners. Brigid Natalia Olszewska for always being ready to listen and learn and trying hard at everything. Bede Grace Gregory for excellent sculpture of a Greek God. Morgan Pitman for confidence, putting her hand up during group time! Columba All Columba class for their hard work during Sats and assessment week.
