ABOUT ME

Filling A) 400 gr cream cheese cake, 100 gr sugar B) 150 gr avocado, 2 tbsp lemon juice C) 2 tbsp gelatine 50 gr water D) 100 gr yogurt E) 100 wipping cream Topping: Whip topping cream, whipped. Avocado, diced Method: Cake base: Cut the spogge cake fit to your mould size Filling:

1) Cream (A) until light. Place (B) in blender and blend until smooth . Add it nto (A) and mix until well blended 2) Mix (C) and pleace it over double-boiler. Stir until it dissolves. Add it into the cheese mixture from step (1) Mix until well combined. 3. Add (D) and mix until evenly blended. 4. Whip the cream in (E) until soft peaks (do not over-whip the cream as it will separate). Fold the cream into the the mixture from step (3) and mix until well combined. 5. Pour the the cheese filling into the prepared mould over the cake base. Smooth the surface. refrigarate for 4 haous or until set 6. unmould the cake. garnish with cream n diced avocado You might also like:

Wikeeeennnnn..ayo masak lagi... Masih makanan palembang...kita semua emang doyan. Pempek panggang juga punya sejarah tersendiri...karena ketika aq hamil ke empat2 anakku suamiku ngidamnya pempek panggaaangg... Duuuh malu2in kalo diinget2 karena doi bukan hanya doyan pempek panggang yg kita beli diwarung pempek tapi juga pempek panggang yg hanya terbuat dari sagu tok yg dijual didepan2 sekolahan SD ato juga pinggir2 jalaan...Huaaa...kenangan indah! cara membuatnya mudaaahhh..sama masih pake adonan pempek/tekwan/model /laksan/celimpungan..cuma ini dibentuk bulat2 gepeng lalu dibakar diatas api..jangan terlalu masak soalnya yg 3/4 matang enaaaakkk banget. Trus dibelah....lalu diisi udang kering halus, cabe/sambal dan kecap maniiisss... Waaa..siapin tisyu ntar belepotan hehehehehe... Selamat mencoba!!! You might also like:

Tadi sore buat tekwan ntuk makan malam. Heehehehe...jangan aneh orang Palembang bisa makan tekwan, pempek, model, lenggang ato laksan sebagai pengganti makan besar. Mau yang lebih aneh lagi??? Sahur juga pake pempek n tekwan hehehehe...Malah lebih sehat...serba ikan. bahan n cara membuat biji tekwan: ^ 1/2 kg ikan tenggiri haluskan dagingnya, tambahkan 1 putih telur supaya awet n kenyal, aduk rata, tambahkan air 1/4 gelas aduk rata, garam. ^ Jerang air dipanci yang agak dalam.. kira2 3/4 tinggi panci ^ aduk semua bahan tadi hingga benar2 menyatu, lalu setelah air medidih cubit2 adonan sebesar kelereng masukkan kedalam air yg sdh mendidih td. Lakukan hg adonan habis n angkat bila ada yang sudah mengapung. Tiriskan bahan kuah n cara membuatnya : ^ 10 ekor udang basah segar, buang kulit n kepalanya lalu cincang halus ^ 10 siung bawang putih haluskan dengan 1 sdm merica kasar. ^ tumis bumbu hingga wangi dgn sedikit minyak, masukkan udang cincang aduk rata lalu tambah kan air utk kuah sesukanya. ^ 1 bh bengkuang ukuran sedang potong korek api masukkan kedalm kuah yg sdh mendidih. ^ 5 lembar jamur kuping keriting yg sudah direndam n dicuci bersih, potong2 masukkan kedlm kuah yg sdh mendidih. ^ jangan lupa garam n penyedap pernak pernik: ^ bawang goreng ^ daun sup n daun bawang yg udah diiris halus ^ sambal yg terbuat dr cabe rawit yang dihakuskan begitu saja ^ soun yg sudah direndam hingga lembut ^ kecap asin ^ cuka makan Cara menghidangkan: ^ masukkan biji tekwan kedalam adonan kuah yg mendidih. ^ hidangkan dimangkuk ^ tambahkan soun diatasnya, lalu daun sup n daun bawang kemudian sambal sesukanya. ^ kecap n cuka sebagai penyedap secukupnya menurut selera masing2. ^ selamat mencoba....

Habis mbuat pempek, tekwan n celimpungan, kulit ikannya jgn dibuang. Bisa dibuat pempek kulit,..ummph...enak lo.

** bahan ** ~ kulit ikan di cincang ato dihalusin. ~ sagu atau tepung kanji ~ telur 1 butir ~ sedikit air ~ daun bawang iris tipis..boleh kasi daun sup juga biar wangi ~ garam ** cara ** ~ campur semua bahan dengan rata.. ~ goreng sebesar2 bakso dgn api sedang..krn kalau apinya kebesaran suka mentah tengah. ~ panas2 santap dengan cukoooo yang sudah tersedia... ~hmmmmmm... agar2 lapis coklat with vla

nyeeesss..nyeesss...gleg! bahan agar: # 2 bungkus agar colorless # 6 gelas belimbing air # 2 kuning telur # 120 gr gula pasir # 2 sdm coklat bubuk # 1 sdt vanili # seujung sdt garam bahan vla: # 500ml susu segar # 100 gr gula pasir # 2 kuning telur # 1 sdm vanili # 2 sdm tepung maizena cara : - panaskan air, agar2, gula, vanili, garam - dit4 lain kocok lepas 2 kuning telur dgn sedikit air biasa, masukkan kedalam adonan agar sebelum api dinyalakan n langsung diaduk rata supaya tidak menggumpal2. - setelah mendidih bagi 2 bagian. Letakkan bagian yang putih di loyang. Lalu campur coklat bubuk didalam gelas ato mangkok dgn 1/2 gelas adonan sisa. Setelah coklat larut halus masukkan ke 1/2 bagian lagi tadi.

_ Setelah bagian yang putih agak dingin masukkan bagian yang coklat n biarkan dingin. Lalu masukkan kedalam kulkas. cara membuat vla: - masukkan semua bahan kedalam panci, kecuali kuning telur dilarutkan dulu dgn sedikit susu tsb baru gabungkan. - lakukan hal yang sama dgn tepung maizena..yaitu larutkan dulu dgn sedikit susu baru gabungkan. - panaskan semua bahan tadi dgn tidak berhenti mengaduk hingga mendidih n mengental. - setelah dingin simpan di kulkas dalam wadah tertutup cara menghidang: iris agar2 siram dengan vla secukupnya....mantaafff!!! Hehehehe..bukan kelimpungan ato celingukan ya..tapi c e l i m p u n g a n...Satu lagi makanan Palembang selain dari pada pempek n Tekwan yang terkenal ituh. Masih berbahan baku ikan (bisa gabus bisa tenggiri), tapi dengan kuah santan yang unik..karena pakai temu kunci, kencur, jahe laos kunyit...Hmm pokoknya semriwiiiingg...

Sate padang pesanan yayu n shinta... #BAHAN2: - 1 lidah sapi - 20 bawang merah - 10 bawang putih - 20 cabe merah keriting pedas - 1 sdm merica kasar - 50 gr bumbu kari siap beli - 2 cm jahe - 2 cm kunyit - 2 cm laos digeprak - 1 helai daun kunyit diikat - 2 batang serai digeprak - 5 helai dau jeruk purut - 1 bh asam kandis - 2 sdm tepung beras n 2 sdm tepung kanji utk mengentalkan kuah - sedikit minyak utk menumis bumbu - garam n penyedap secukupnya

- lontong atau ketupat - bawang goreng untuk taburan #CARA: - cuci lalu rebus lidah hingga empuk, lalu buang kulit luarnya, potong kotak2 tipis. - blender cabe, bwg merah n putih, merica, jahe n kunyit hingga halus - tumis semua bumbu yang diblender, aduk hingga wangi, tambahkan bumbu kari, masukkan daun kunyit, laos, serai, daun jeruk purut n asam kandis, garam n penyedap. Aduk hg wangi n mendidih. - ambil 1/4 bumbu. Aduk n masak sebentar ditempat lain lidah tadi dgn bumbu yang 1/4. - tusuk di lidi sate - pindahkan bumbu yang 3/4 tadi kepanci agak besar, tambahkan air kaldu sisa merebus lidah tadi kalo tidak suka suka bisa juga gunakan air biasa. Ambil sedikit air aduk tepung beras n tepung kanji hg larut lalu masukkan kedalam panci kuah tadi. Aduk hingga mendidih n kental. Tambah garam lagi secukup rasa. - siap dihidangkan panas2 dengan potongan lontong n taburan bawang goreng - selamat menikmati..awas pedaaaasssss....... You might also like:
