An analysis was conducted that surveyed employees on various aspects of their work including physical facilities, job satisfaction, work-life balance, compensation, and relationships. For physical facilities, 70% of employees had a separate work area and 75% had phone access. Over 85% found their work satisfying and challenging. Most employees (73%) spent significant time at work and 87% felt pressure or stress. While 63% thought salaries matched their work, 97% received fair performance incentives. Finally, 70% received support from seniors but only 53% felt they had good reputation with subordinates.
